3. Are your bakes Halal?

  • Our bakes are not Halal Certified, but we do not use pork or lard in our products. All products used are Halal Certified.

4. How long can the bakes be kept?

  • Our bakes are best eaten on the day of purchase because they are baked fresh and contain no preservatives. However, if required, do store them in an airtight container while refrigerated, where it should last up to 5 days.

  • Before consumption, do allow the bakes to thaw to room temperature (in the airtight container) for 30 to 40 minutes to achieve the best mouthfeel.

5. How long can your bakes last in room temperature (25°C)?

  • With the exception of the salted caramel (which can last up to 3 hours before it starts to melt), most of our bakes can last the whole day! But hey, which salted caramel doesn’t melt?

6. Why does it seem that your bakes are melting (sweating) when I took it out from the fridge?

  • Well, my dear, the humidity content in Singapore is really high! The sorcery you have witnessed is condensation. I would recommend storing your bakes in an airtight container or wrapping a plastic bag over and tie a bunny knot before storing it in the fridge. Then, before serving, allow it to thaw for 30 to 40 minutes whilst inside the container or the plastic bag. (What you are doing here is that the plastic bag and box acts a protective shield against the humidity outside of it.)

7. What are the available fillings for your macarons?

  • Chocolate (56% Dark; you can never go wrong with chocolate!)

  • Earl Grey (White chocolate base; for the tea lover)

  • Thai Milk Tea (fanTHAIstic)

  • Creamcheese with Oreo Biscuit (Who doesn’t love Oreo?)

  • Creamcheese with Caramelised Biscuit (Lotus Biscoff)

  • Salted caramel (All time favourite)

  • Wasabi White Chocolate (say wHATTT??)
